Founded in 1573, Queen Elizabeth's is a leading Selective Grammar School for Boys aged 11 to 18 with 1180 on roll and a Sixth Form of 290. Five consecutive "outstandingly successful" OFSTED reports indicate the firm foundations of Queen Elizabeth's exceptional academic and extra-curricular achievements. The School acquired Academy status in September 2010 and also has Training School status.
